HEAD AND NECK ENERGY MASSAGE INCL. AROMATIC OIL
For many people nowadays, stress is literally gripping them by the neck. Tension in the shoulder, head and neck area affects virtually everybody. This often leads to tension headaches, fatigue and inability to concentrate. All of the major energy pathways (meridians), affecting the entire body, run through the head. By stimulating the important TOR points (pressure-healing nodes), energy flow is optimized, blood flow and metabolism improved, and blockages gently removed.

Cranio Sacral Bodywork
Cranio Sacral Bodywork is a gentle treatment method that
leads to the restoration of the physical, mental and energetic mobility of the
entire organism.
It has its roots as early as 1874 and is a branch of
osteopathy. It is characterised by working with the forces behind protective
postures, symptoms and self-healing. Human beings are an expression of the
wholeness of life, not separate from the great forces at work in the universe.
So we do not address the problems per se, but the larger forces that keep us
alive.
We work with the entire body system: musculoskeletal system,
nervous system, blood circulation, respiratory system, endocrine system,
lymphatic system, craniosacral system.
Through gentle cranio-sacral bodywork, the body systems with
their connections are supported and balanced. Mostly it is first of all about a
framework to come completely to rest inwardly, in order to then stimulate the
physical and psychological self-healing powers.
Learning to hear and understand the language of one's own
body more clearly again strengthens mindful interaction with ourselves and
helps to avoid injuries, pain, illnesses and to restore well-being and mental
health.
Because even though what is physically or emotionally
distressing cannot always be changed, there is a choice in how we face our
fears, pains and obstacles.
Cranio Sacral Biodynamics can support and accompany with:
